The last horror movie I watched was Friday the 13th part 2. I have been on a older Friday kick later. Part 2 is one of the finest Fridays ever made, suspense still not sure who was the killer, a classic who dunnit horror movie.

"Dark Water"... And it sucked more than Paris Hilton could ever handle in a one night stand.

M. Not sure if it qualifies as a horror film exactly, but Fritz Lang's masterpiece did have the first serial killer ever put on film, and it's pacing and direction have influenced literally every film in the horror genre that succeeded it

Phantasm 2. One of the all-time greats. Mrs T actually let out a shriek or two in the lounge room. She's comng along well!

New York Ripper
Great Giallo from Fulci. The way he filmed everything and edited it is just great. It really worked. Only draw back to this film is the killers Donald Duck voice. So annoying. But as another review pointed out, Fulci seems to use Donald Duck to represent a sort of innocence in New York Ripper and Don't Torture A Duckling.

"The Secret Life: Jeffrey Dahmer". Well made and suitably sombre, fictionalised reconstruction of Dahmer's killing spree that stays pretty much with the facts where known. Very low budget, but obviously a labour of love and, although not very gory, pretty grim and violent.

Visited my friends house the other day in CA and brought over Cannibal Holocaust. He was shocked, and then after it was over said it was one of the best movies he had ever seen.

Toad is still yet to bring himself to see that (I have a real problem with animal cruelty).
Last film was Nightmare City... cheesier than a wheel of Camembert. Think I need a second viewing under the influence of something just for the aerobics class scene!

I love that one, Toad. one of the better Italian zombie epics to come out from the Zombie 2 wave that struck the country. Just watched- The Vampire Lovers-One of Hammer's best, and an excellent melding of Gothic traditions and newer sleaze styles. www.imdb.com/title/tt0066518/usercomments-41

Directed By Wes Craven
The original, classic, and genre defining.

Nice little Indy flick from 'Asylum' "Frankenstein Reborn". Some good gore, a great looking monster and some solid performances. The needlessly fragmented, back and forth flashback narrative is the only real weak link here (aside from some bad sound mixing that often gives us drowned-out dialogue). Well worth a watch though.
