Although I love all of these movies, particularly Labyrinth and Dark Crystal I don't think its possible to make a better fantasy based movie now that the Lord of the Rings has been made.
Those are all I could think of, if you have an other fantasy films, just mention them.

I voted other for the hands down best. The wizard of Oz. As for the rest, LOTR are fantastic, obviously, but I would also throw in things like COnan the Barbarian, and Willow if it were my list. In any case, there are a few movies on that list that I enjoy. I even like Labyrinth, but there isn't much featured in that film other than a pre-pubescent Jennifer Conolly and a big bulge in DAvid Bowie's pants that I swear has to be padding. Even if it isn't I'm gonna keep telling myself that so I don't feel inadequate for the rest of my life

I would also say The Wizard of Oz.....though The Lord of the Rings trilogy comes close. I like, or love, all of the movies listed though.
I also love Pan's Labyrinth, the Harry Potter films, Clash of the Titans, Excalibur, The Neverending Story. I know there are more, but those come immediately to mind.

Sleepy Hollow, as it's the only one on the list I've seen or have any real urge to do so.
Though I've always seen it as a straight-up slasher and not a fantasy film.

I voted other.
Specifically, the Star Wars Trilogy, as Ive always considered it more of a Fantasy set in space than a Sci Fi film.
I like and own the LOTR films but I don't think they're THAT great. Like Kevin Smith says, it's basically a 10 hour saga about walking.

I think Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom is fabulous!

Indiana Jones is a good choice.
I still say Star Wars (episode 4-6) when it comes to films and would add Game of Thrones to the conversation (shocking, right?) when it comes to tv shows.

Game of Thrones managed to do it, and as a tv show no less.

I would generally say that I enjoy Game of Thrones more than the LOTR trilogy, but that isn't entirely fair, as it is easy to watch anything in one hour slices. IT is hard to watch 4 hours at a time of anything.

I remember when my mom and I went to see the third LOTR movie at the theater. It had like twenty minutes left and the film broke. Everybody got a refund. That sucked really bad. Does anyone have interest in seeing The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey?
