I can't fathom this way of thinking, especially if you have never seen it. as a fellow Friday fan I emplore you, look beyond your notions, give it a chance, remember similar criticisms were once leveled at our beloved.

Sorry, but modern horror for the most part sucks, but then again most horror movies made today are remakes. Death to the trendy Yeah but the ones who said bad things about Friday were trendies themselves so who cares what they thought. "No wimps, no false Metal" -Trick or Treat Well maybe if Fire brings it over someday Ill give it a shot.

Now I agree with about 93.789% of what you just said, which is why I believe you should give Saw a chance.
Remember the song in Trick or Treat - If you could see?.Saw is your Ragman. Why pick on him so?

Saw is the misunderstood .i can never see that a horror series is really that trendy, cause it's never really trendy to be a horror fan.unless it's somethin like Twilight, which isnt horror at all.its lame teen angst.Beverly Hills 26 000 ...
Saw was picked on,so was ragman, they both had their revenge.
STAND UP AND BE COUNTED

I'll throw Matt a bone and give it a 4. I thought it was pretty good. And I agree the trendy tag is a bit unfair at least for the original. I didn't think it was meant to be a typical twist ending either.
I will say I think the sequels are all pretty awful although I think I only saw the first 3 or 4 sequels. The puzzles just got way too farfetched and so unbelievable it lost my interest pretty quick. My intelligence can only be I insulted for so long before it shuns the abuse lol.

Cool, I never saw that one myself, you can watch Black Roses on youtube. What about Roctober Blood, remember that one? Another good one is Hard Rock Zombies. Love those early 80s, if you listen to Metal your a devil worshiper movies.
