Keep forgetting to put this up here, but can actually add several more to the list: Going to Pieces-The Rise and Fall of the Slasher Film, and finally two more devoted to the same subject, Something to Scream About and Screaming in High Heels.
Going to Pieces is pretty self-explanatory and I don't really have a lot to add for it. High Heels is strictly about Scream Queens Brinke Stevens, Linnea Quigley and Michelle Bauer, while Scream About is more open-ended with bits on other genre actresses like Debbie Rochon, Arianna Albright and Tiffany Shepis, while also detailing the history of actresses in the genre a little closer.

Here are some more of my favorites:
The Union: The Business Behind Getting High (2007)
Documentary about the illegal growing marijuana business in Canada.
Beyond the Mat (1999)
Documentary about Professional Wrestling that follows Terry Funk, Jake the Snake, and Mick Foley and exposes the physical and emotional toll the business has on them.
The Living Sea (1995)
Terrific Imax nature documentary with narration by Meryl Streep and soundtrack by Sting.
