Apparently, Rob Zombie has announced four roles in his upcoming Halloween remake have been filled:
Dr. Loomis will be played by Malcolm McDowell.
"A lead role" will be played by a returning Danielle Harris.
Young Michael will by played by Daeg Faerch.
Old Michael will by played by Tyler Mane.
So, with four slots down, what's your reaction to this? Mine after a couple of yours.

All seems good to me. Tyler Mane is going to make a really good Michael.

He mentioned a couple of films, but I don't recognize him or the name at all. In fact, either of the Myers don't ring any bells.

The young Michael, Daeg Faerch I have never seen before. Old Michael, Tyler Mane I have seen in a few things. X-men, Joe Dirt, How to make a monster, The Scorpion King, Troy and The Devil's Rejects.

You don't know Malcolm McDowell? Get cracking on film lore, young man. He's a must-know name as far as I'm concerned. Danielle's been in previous Halloween films (4 and 5, to be exact) so watch them as well.

ACTUALLY, Rob Zombie never officially confirmed Danielle Harris' involvement. She's only 'in talks' from what I heard.
