I've hnever scene the uncut Anthropophagus, just the lame Grim Reaper edited print, but isn't there a scene where the killer eats a fetus? I think that wold qualify as cannibalism unless I am wrong about the scene

Undead
What a wacky movie....LOL....I enjoyed it, especially the first half. Funny and goofy with some some good gooey, gory moments. Some of it was just a little too over the top for my tastes though, well more likely, the humor just sometimes fell kind of flat. But for the most part, I had a great time.

Speaking of which, Toad indulged in a Herschell Gordon Lewis crap-fest last night with the Gore Gore Girls - made particularly guilty fun by the fact that it is banned here and I managed to get the disc in past customs. ;D

That is a really fun film, Toad. It is not one of his best, only becasue it is so absurdly mysoginistic, but there are definitely still enough great moments to keep it fun. The French Fry urder might be the most insanely stupid thing I've ever seen, even by HGL standards, lol

HNT don't be kind. It is a bloody awful film... the continuity is all over the place, the acting/scripting/fx etc etc are awful and yes it is extraordinarily mysoginistic. But it is still fun. 2000 Maniacs is my personal favourite though - and if you haven't seen the recent 2001 Maniac's with Robert Englund yet, check that out. It's a cracker with capital G gratuitious nudity, sex, violence and deep south singing and dancin'. Yee ha!

The Fog (original). Not bad, though after a very well crafted and suspenseful build up it fails to really deliver on the goods. Preferred the James Herbert book.

Phantasm. Just as great as I remembered. Will put up a review on my site as soon as I watch the extras and listen to the commentary.

Ginger Snaps II: Unleashed-Reviewed it before, just watched it to catalog death scenes in it. Much more boring and slow than I remembered it to be, though.

I always though that series was much too overrated. I don't want a Lifetime version of werewolf movies. I have such strict standards for them that most deviations fall short. I think I liked Beast of Bray Road and The Feeding more than Ginger Snaps.

The Howling
One of the few werewolf films I have actually liked.
