Pretty sweet, man! Thanks. And FYI, I don't know if that's the same one or not but there was a similar 'Godzilla' christmas tree originally erected in Odaiba at Aqua City, Tokyo in 2000 to celebrate the release of 'Godzilla X Megaguirus' since the film takes a significant portion of time there. The tree was about twenty feet tall, and supposedly it's eyes lit up, his theme song plays over speakers inside his body and he breathes a fire of some sort. I've never heard the official details of what it was, but there's photographs which show it did. Same Santa hat, same posture, same white lights, same dorsal plates so I would imagine it's the same one.

So, I'm back and I hope you all had a great time with your friends and family the way I did and had a safe Christmas. Just watched a bunch of Christmas movies over the break (see Just-Watched Non-Horror for the complete list) and had a pretty nice haul (movies in the DVD section and CDs in the Music section) plus a few other nick-nacks so it turned out to be a great time all around. We're all happy and healthy and that's all you can ask for at a time like this.
