Is his brain made of the Blob?Cause I don't think he has ever had an original idea in his life.

1. I've never thought highly of either version of the film, this won't change that.
2. It's a remake, so I'm not big on seeing it.
3. With Zombie's track record now, I'm officially selling him down the river as a director. This here officially makes me dread every new project he will come up with from now on.

Yeah I agree with everything you said GL. H2 better be some "brilliant mark twain sh*t" or zombie is a joke... Pretty much, yeah.....even if it does it still shows a laziness and willingness to continue banking on the success of an established film franchise rather then putting himself out there. I think it is official....The Devil's Rejects was a fluke. What a disappointment. A horror director comes along that actually has the influence to do more original work and this is the direction he has taken. Though I did enjoy both previous versions of The Blob.....campy as hell.

The thing is though it is just in rumour stage, remember how last year we all got twisted out of shape about his CHUD remake . I love both Blobs(and Son of... though, was lucky enough to see both versions at the cinema this year,so I wouldn't be adverse to a new one, just not sure if Zombie would be the right man for the job.

Now a CHUD remake could be legit. See, that is the kind of film that deserves a remake. It was a great idea for a film, but the movie was just not executed well at all. Take that idea and do it right, and you might have a really good film. Much better than remaking classics that you cannot improve upon in my opinion. Unless he has a way to dig up and reanimate Steve McQueen (now there is an idea for a film if I ever heard one) he should leave well enough alone

I mean House showed his raw potential and talent and then TDR seemed to realize that. But since then he's gone all Joaquin Pheonix on us!

Ah, yes, CT! I've been trying to think of a way to vocalize my sentiments of RZ, and I think you just did it for me.
When I saw House, I thought it was terrible BUT promising. When I saw the Devil's Rejects I quite enjoyed it, and even though it was derivative in all ways, it was still not a remake, which was refreshing.
After that, the man has just lost all my respect.
