A cop and his partner find that a series of strange murders are the work of a rogue vampire who may have a more sinister agenda than they initially figured. What did everyone think of this?

The title and the plot sound very familiar. I really think I saw this on Joe Bob Briggs Drive in Theater way back in the day, but I cannot be sure. Is it worth seeking out to see it perhaps for a second time?

I'd say give it a shot, actually. There's enough good parts to minimize the obvious flaws within, though this should only be considered a 'must-watch' if you prefer your vampires of the brooding variety. It's in the 'Interview with a Vampire' style of vampire in terms of resemblance to the creature's actions, not film quality, but that's where this belongs in.
