I used to love Deep Discount, and never had a problem with them until fairly recently. The last three orders though, there has been a problem. This time around, I placed an order two weeks ago and haven't even received a confirmation email yet. Think I would rather pay Amazon the extra couple of bucks anymore (especially since I usually order over 25 dollars worth when I order online anyway). But really used to love this site.

Geez seems like the confirmation email should be automatic. They are. Must have been a glitch or something, I got the automatic confirmation when I sent them an email. I searched my spam mail just in case, even though they are on my contact list, but it's not there either. And I have no idea what it going on with my order, all I know is that the status for the order is still open.

I had this happen to me recently as well,my correspondance with them revealed that their was no record of my order and had to order again.
i agree though Jen ,since their upgrade earlier this year their service has been lacking.

They sent an email telling me that all three of the movies I ordered were out of stock and they have no idea about a shipping date, which bugs me because when I placed the order, it said all three were in stock. Very disappointing. My last order I had to report lost, and I didn't actually get the movie for well over a month.

Amazon is much more convenient than this. Personally, I would suggest that the 3rd party vendors on amazin tend to have great deals and be more reliable (especially if you are willing to buy used).
