Surviving a zombie apocalypse, a group of rag-tag heroes try to survive in the world where the dead are constantly growing in numbers and try not to kill each other before the zombies do. What did everyone think of this?

Runs out of steam a bit near the end, but until then, a hell of a lot of fun with a likeable cast. I give it a 4.

I went 5. I love the cast of this one and I think it is my favorite zombie comedy (which anyone who knows how much I love The Return of the Living Dead knows is saying a lot). The cameo alone is enough to make this one of the coolest horror comedies ever made.

I thought it was a perfectly fine horror comedy, I don't say comedy horror because I don't think its as funny as say Shawn of the Dead (nor does it try to, with the exception of the Bill Murry scene), its definitely more zombie comedy, then comedy zombie.
But no it will never be better then RTOLD, nor will it ever reach cult film status, at least not to the level of Return

Well, I'm one of the few people who's never found Return funny (the one line is about all I've ever found that could be considered to be funny) so I don't really think there's any comparisons between the two. They're both outstanding zombie films, though, and while this one does drag in the middle when it's about the two girls playing tricks on the guys and not dealing with the zombies, it becomes flat out boring before it goes back into the action again at the end which is enough to give it a 4 after rescuing it from a 3.

I had so much fun watching this movie I could watch Woody cook breafast so I am a bit biased. Besides from that it is just solid and has great tounge in cheek humor. Bill Murreys cameo was definetly the cherry on top of the sundae. "saw Eddie Van Halen at the hollywood bowl hes a zombie!" classic.
