Just last night I got in late from the bar and threw the TV on to see this one playing on late-nite Stars or one of those channels. It was definitely a treat, but I stayed up till 3AM watchig it which probably wasn't the smartest thing to do in the middle of the week, lol
Anyway, it was either on Stars or Encore and they tend to repeat their films alot, so you guys who hae those channels may wanna be on the lookout for this one

It's actually Showtime/The Movie Channel, but that's just splitting hairs.

THanks for the correction, GL. Just one thing, I don't get Showtime/TMC, so either they are having a free week, I got really lucky and am getting it for free, or it was also shown on one of the other channels. Either way, awesome movie hat never gets old. I would watch it any time, no matter what else I was planning to do.

I saw the original when I was about 7 because my mom read a newspaper column in which it was recommended as a good horror film to watch on Friday the 13th and she was absolutely sick of renting the latest in the Friday series for us. Anyway, I remember that she was really concerned that my brother and I had just seen the tree rape, and at the time she told me that she relly liked it. As old people tend to do, however, she has since forgotten about that experience and when I showed it to her once as an adult she tolld me she thought it was awful, LMAO
