Nah, and it never really did. It was a lot of fun, and had some good atmospheric moments, but as far as being really scary all the way through, I never really thought it was

I'm going yes, simply because I believe it's vastly underrated and far more worthwhile than many of the other series out there. Being in a cemetery or a graveyard has always had an adverse effect on me anyway, so spending as much time as it does in that environment is pretty creepy, plus combined with a slightly altered but still probable viewpoint of reality, an imposing villain and some nifty effects, I'm going yes easily.

I'm with GL. Phantasm still creeps me out a bit. The tall man, and the cemetery stuff, and the thought of being the Tall Man's slave!
