When Lola is turned down by Brent for the prom, she decides she's going to have a prom of her very own, with Brent as the guest of honour. Any one else caught this one?

I was a little surprised, because this didn't really sound like my kind of thing, but I loved it! I don't think I have ever felt more sorry for a character in a horror film ....EVER..... A very strong 4.

I had a feeling you would have liked this one Jen. I was surprised too, because I kept hearing so many positive things from a local forum I'm on, but quite often the films they rave about end up leaving me cold. Not here though. I consider it one of the finest genre films to come from Australia to date. One thing makes me chuckle. When it was first released, I had issue with them referring to it as a prom, because in my home state we call these dances a Formal, and I couldn't understand why they would use the American term. Then I moved to South Australia - and lo and behold it's called a Prom here.
