I really am kind of dying to see that.
I'll check on YouTube later, hopefully they'll have a clip or two.

Just watched this yesterday. Excellent visual style and quite atmospheric with some fairly creepy moments, though at times it is slow. And the ending is pretty weak. I will give it a high 4. Might have been a 5 if I wasn't so disappointed by the ending.

I loved this movie. I can't say a bad thing about none of the stories. 5 from me.

I've had this one in the collection for about a year now but haven't seen it because of the length. Really kinda getting to me and I don't really have the time to watch something this long.

Slow weekend so I was able to get to it. Indeed it is quite long, almost more so than I'm willing to indulge in normally and that really set-off some problems for me since there's always a part that could've been fixed. The best is undoubtedly the second story, about the ghost who saves the man from the snowstorm and reveals a deadly secret, then forces him to keep it. Stupid ending I saw coming a mile away because it's the one mostly used for these stories, but otherwise it's insanely creepy and atmospheric. The first one has two good scares but doesn't do anything to explain itself nor give us a lot of interesting scenes. The third one should've been dropped since it goes on for fucking forever with it's lame battle scene, and even though it finally gets good when it decides to become a horror film, again it's nearly an hour away from when we first started and it's too little, too late. The last one I actually liked, a creepy idea and it plays with it nicely, but it still doesn't match how good the second one was.
Given the time period, give me Godzilla over this any day.
