Okay, I think it's time we all laughed and pointed at each other (not really) by admitting to some of our favorite guilty pleasure TV shows. We all have them, so let's let others know what they are.
I'll name some of mine after a few other responses.

I confess that my girlfriend got me into some of the VH1 reality shows. I am watching Tool Academy these days. Yes, it is terrible and pathetic. Yes, I am embarassed. No, I cannot stop watching until I know what happens.

No, I cannot stop watching until I know what happens. I don't watch Tool Academy but I DO watch The Soup.....so I know a little about it, and I can definitely see how someone could be sucked it. Its really kind of hilarious. I have so many I don't know where to start.....LOL....but I don't really have a problem admitting them. I like what I like. But my biggest is probably the original Melrose Place, which was so trashy and ridiculously entertaining I just couldn't stop watching. The newest is probably The Vampire Diaries, I really liked the books when I was a kid, and couldn't resist when I heard it was going to be a television show. Its undeniably cheesy, melodramatic, silly and the idea is overplayed (*coughtwilightcough*), especially these days. And horrible casting with the girl but again, I have been sucked in. *sighs*

I'm a huge fan of Disney Channel/tween shows. I've seen every episode of iCarly, Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place and a whole host of others.
I was even a fan of a couple of other sitcoms from years gone past: Reba, The War at Home, Living with Fran, Twins, Titus and more I just can't remember right now. I have to go back and look through my tapes and see what I have.

Reba actually did have it's funny moments.
And HNT, VH1 reality is the worse haha!
Some guilty pleasures of mine are What I Like About you starring Amanda Bynes. My reality guilty pleasure is Hells Kitchen. Chef Ramsay is my hero and nothing beats watching him viciously harass the contestants. Maybe GP could help me with this one, is screaming "Donkey!" at someone like the ultimate insult in the UK? Ramsay makes it seem that way lol.

And I liked Titus as well. We used to watch Hell's Kitchen but stopped last year. I can't handle "reality" television that well, I guess, once he started sending home people that actually still seemed to be at least competent, even if they made mistakes, and keeping people just for the drama of it and apparently just to piss people off....lol...I lost interest. I prefer the British version of Kitchen Nightmares. I do watch Top Chef though. Its pretty much the only reality show I watch, well, regularly anyway. I also watch not one, not two but all three of the CSI shows.....lol. The one with David Caruso is entertaining just because of....David Caruso.....or I wouldn't bother with it.

I felt like What I Like About You was a legitamately funny show (most of the time anyway).
I see what you're saying about HK Jen. The current season is only my second watching but he does keep contestantsaround that everyone hates just to increase drama. That's happening in this season right now but I still love it!

I love all of Gordon Ramsey's shows, I like watching the F-Word, I always end up picking up some kind of cooking tip.
I also love watching all the Nanny 911 and Supernanny shows, it makes me laugh my a** off when I see how bad some of the kids behave.

Yesterday afternoon, I caught myself watching Keeping Up with the Kardashians and didn't change the channel until it was switched over to another show.

I like watching episodes of Wife Swap when there's not much else on, I swear some of those people are just nuts.

I like Kitchen Nightmares a lot, although it kinda makes me afraid to go to restaurants, lol. THat is actually a really entertaining show. I have a feeling that I don't get the Gordon Ramsay quality fresh kitchen and food all the time and sometimes I find myself in one of the pre-Gordon restaurants. I don't really care for the F-Word only because I do not think Ramsay is a particularly interesting interviewer. He is a great chef, clearly, b but I get bored watching him interview people. i absolutely hate Hell's Kitchen. THe contenstants all seem relatively untalented. The challenge of watching these peolple mae the same couple of dishes repetatively is just not that interesting, and Ramsay is such a prick on that show (even more than usual) that I keep thinking to myself that if he talked to me like that I'd kick his pommy British ass

Well I haven't really watched TV in many years, and all the shows I liked were all good, maybe the Brady Bunch, I can watch an episode of that, as long as its before the jumped the shark by forming their band....."Sha la..la la la la la shal a la la la"
