Condemned to die, a scientist recounts his tale to a listening priest about how his work in reanimation lead to the idea of creating a monster revived through electricity and how he went about acquiring the bodies needed for the experiment, eventually leading him to his current state. What did everyone think of this one?

I gotta go with a 2 here, although technically it's closer to a 2.5 but when rounding off, it slips back to 2. This is just deadly boring and wholly uninteresting with hardly anything fun going on, takes way too long for anything to happen and the make-up, while gruesome-looking, is way too cheap-looking and quite distracting. While the concept and idea are good, it's the dearth of action here that haunts it.
