What are they doing for a villain. I know that initially they were gonna do another film with Ledger as the Joker, but I guess that ain't likely to happen at this point, huh?

Nolan has said Joker and Two Face will not return. I think the current rumor is Killer Croc but it seems to change week to week.
Nolan did say it will not be the Riddler either.

Too bad on Riddler. He'd have been fun. As for Killer Croc, I personally think he's a little bit too one dimensional to be a good villain for the movies (I am not aware of him ever being the only villain even in the comics). If it were my call, I would have done The Riddler, but perhaps Victor Strange, Penguin, Poison Ivy, or a combination would also work. Stay away from Bane and Killer Croc for the same reasons, though. They are just too dumb and one dimensional to be adequate villians, and a fistfight with nothing else won't make up a whole quality film.

The early rumor was Johnny Depp as the Riddler which would have been phenomenal but oh well. Killer Croc would be stupid, doesn't fit in with Nolans more realistic take on the series. I'm sure there will be a more recognizeable main villain at least. I've heard bringing back Scarecrow and having Harley Quinn. I think Penguin would be awesome too but apparently most people don't...
