While trying to hit it big in the independent scene, a band tries to keep their freshly-turned vampire bass-player from killing all those trying to help them while a vampire hunter tries to end her reign of terror once and for all. What did everyone think of this one?

I think I am gonna seek this one out right away. Haven't seen it yet, always kinda had it kicking around in the back of my mind, but looking at that cast again has made it an urgent must see for me. I'm assuming its mostly a comedy, though?

As with anything, I checked this out because of one reason - Alice Cooper but I found little to like. There are some funny lines here and there, but the music is atrocious. One would think that combining the talents of The Coop,Iggy,Rollins et al,you would at least get them to contribute songs to a rock n roll comedy but alas no.You do get a Coop song over the end credits but that's it.
2 from me.

Yeah, HNT, it's a comedy, and if you look at it from the way Matt looked at it (idolization of the cast members) you're gonna be disappointed. The main rock stars listed above have a grand total of maybe ten minutes combined together (Cooper's got the most, as he appears in several scenes, as does Iggy, but the others are one-shot appearances meant to say "Hey, look who I got to play parts in the film" rather than actually having significant characters that just so happen to be played by rock stars.
However, if you look at it the way I usually do (just getting absorbed into the story and not even caring about who's in this) I think you'll be pretty entertained. There's some genuinely good gags in here, enough blood to qualify as a horror film and it's never really a dull film, it moves along pretty well and keeps up a wicked sense of pacing and fun that comes off rather well.
Look at it the way I do and I think you'll be surprised at it.
