Wild at Heart is a great movie, didn't watch it until recently though, David Lynch is a genius. I think I saw Alien 3 in the theatre also, once though Jacobs ladder, fantastic also

"Signs" 5 times.
Well actually 4 and a half times, the fifth time I went to see it it had already started, but I loved it so much I paid to see it anyway, even though I missed a half hour of it.

Everything I've ever seen has been once. I don't like paying for it more than once, and now I don't even like paying to go period. Pay the same amount of money and watch it whenever I want is far more sensible in my eyes.

Borat. 6 times. I kept running into people who hadn't seen it, and I felt compelled to take them and show them exactly how great it was. I converted a lot of people and made them Sascha Baron Cohen fans. Too bad he squandered it all by making The Dictator so mediocre, but oh well.

I had a friend that was totally in love with Blade so I saw the first movie 3 times I think? Went to the second X-Men movie twice. And Titanic twice. As much as I love the X-Men movies, none of them were my choice, other people didn't want to go alone, so I went along. I tend to agree with GL....I go very rarely. And would rather have them at home to watch. The only time I go see a movie is if it something I am really excited for (like The Avengers), and usually only if I can see it at the drive-in.

I haven't seen The Dictator but had heard rumblings that it wasn't too good. That's a shame. Oh my god, I had never seen this deleted scene from Borat. Fucking hilarious!

Of course you don't have the option to have them to watch at home.....because they just got into the theater, that's why you go, so you don't have to wait 6 months for the film to come out on DVD.
Though it was a little different seeing a film like Signs, as its a film where you discover new things about it each time you watch it.
Unless your one of those who thought the film was a simple alien invasion film. Which I guess is why people didn't like how it ended, as it didn't answer anything about the aliens and how they were defeated. Of course that wasn't the point of the film, so I never understood criticism.
Or sometimes its just a damn good movie and you need to see it again.....soooooon

True, but I have an unbelievable amount of patience at my disposal (I waited for 8 years to have a copy of The Beyond between discovering the movie for the first time and seeing it) so I really don't care about missing it in the theaters. Most of the time I don't really think they're that good to begin with, or at least as good as other films I can catch on TV, so not going to the theaters isn't a big deal. And the other factor for me is that I'm a special features guy. I like hearing commentaries on the film, seeing behind-the-scenes footage of how the shots came together, watching deleted or extended scenes and all that kind of stuff. When I get a new DVD, I watch the entire thing, with everything on it so I put more importance on that than going to a theater.
