True, but I have an unbelievable amount of patience at my disposal (I waited for 8 years to have a copy of The Beyond between discovering the movie for the first time and seeing it) so I really don't care about missing it in the theaters. Most of the time I don't really think they're that good to begin with, or at least as good as other films I can catch on TV, so not going to the theaters isn't a big deal. I've had to learn patience, they hardly ever show the movies I really can't wait to see in this area. Well, except for the bigger releases, or the more family friendly ones.

Well, I guess that's part of what living close to the city does for me. I'm twenty minutes away from downtown if I go by freeway, so it's not a long drive to get to a big theater and see something. I just don't have the interest to do so, which is a different matter all together.

Is LA traffic as bad as I am told it is?

Yeah, depending on what section of the city you're in at what time on day. If you're trying to get to downtown about 5:00 in the afternoon, pack a lunch because you're going to need it, whereas mid-afternoon that same stretch can fly by quite quickly. If you're trying to get to mid-town or the business districts, it's not that bad actually and you can get to where you're going pretty easily, but stay away from City Hall and the Courthouse no matter the time of day. A cattle prod mounted on your car couldn't move the hordes of people and cars there. It all depends, really.

Borat. 6 times. I kept running into people who hadn't seen it, and I felt compelled to take them and show them exactly how great it was. I converted a lot of people and made them Sascha Baron Cohen fans. Too bad he squandered it all by making The Dictator so mediocre, but oh well. Borat was so great. I haven't seen The Dictator but had heard rumblings that it wasn't too good. That's a shame. Oh my god, I had never seen this deleted scene from Borat. Fucking hilarious! Nope, that's still cheese... The DVD has lots of great features. Worth buying for sure if you don't already have it.

From what I recall I saw X2 and Titanic twice.
