Anyone else get the special edition of Don't be Afraid of the Dark?
I finally got a copy of the film a year or so ago, Warner Achieves finally released the dam thing. Every find it funny that these companies don't give a shit about their films until someone posts it some place like youtube, then they get made because your steeling it from them, when they obviously never had much respect for the film in the first place.
Oh well, they finally released an official copy with a commentary track on it, no its not much, but at least its something. The commentary is very enjoyable though.
Commentary by
Steve "Uncle Creepy" Barton (Dread central) Screenwriter Jeffery Reddick (Final Destination) Sean Abley (Fangoria)
I remember seeing this film back in the very very early 80s, and being obsessed with that movie, that I could not remember the title to. Scared the shit out of me then and again when I watched it about 3 years ago on youtube before Warner had it removed (see rant above)

It's pretty good for a 'made-for-tv' movie. I'd have been all over this if it was released on Blu-ray. Dark Night of the Scarecrow was another tv movie, and that made it to Blu-ray.
