After deciding to venture out onto his own, a man finds himself suffering from a deadly curse that turns him into a ravenous werewolf and must seek the help of his father and his lover in order to keep his affliction dormant before he kills again. What did everyone think of this one?

Love this one.One of the best Hammer's,although not quite in the same league as The Wolf Man.

I can't give it the same love you do, TWD, as I had a lot of problems with it. The most egregious here is the total lack of anything to do with werewolf-ism present, as he didn't really need to be one for the movie to work as it is. Replace him as a bloodthirsty beast that can only change at night and it wouldn't have made a difference one way or another, and only a slight bit of change regarding the watchman and his crafting the fatal silver bullet is needed to eliminate all change in the film so it isn't a real true werewolf film. There's no mythology or folklore introduced here that Wolf Man did right, and the titular curse is so poorly introduced it feels like an afterthought to actually make the title seem plausible. Couple that with a terrible pace (twenty minutes before she's raped and gives birth, and he's not even a full adult until the forty-five minute mark) leaving him to only be the werewolf in two scenes for a grand total of around ten minutes (ten fun minutes, granted, which is why I didn't totally hate this) didn't really work for me.
