Any of y'all check this show out? Yes, I may be a bit slow on the draw when it come to the telly (don't watch too much of it-'cept for DVD's!) but heard about this and watched it one day on PBS and ran out and bouth the boxed DVD set!

The brit version is kickass i have em all on dvd.. I watched a few of the American series just to see how the characters looked and to compare. It was pretty good and still as funny but not as funny as the original brit characters...
Gervais is hillarious! He as a radio slot on Xfm as well and that is hillarious as well!
Funny bloke who also was a singer in the eighties and had a pop career.

Yeah, The Office is a great show. Ricky Gervais also had a series (called Extras I think) on HBO last year. It was funny as hell too

I never got a chance to watch any of the Extras episodes, i saw em advertised over here but with a wink of an eye they had been and gone..
He's making another series of it i think.

I'm taking my time watching each episode. I nearly bust a ut everytime I view one.
BTW- Extras was out already? Hm, I thought it was this year it was being shown. Whoops.
I might subscribe to XM just for
Gervais alone!

I won't watch the Yank version-don't want to be let down or try to make comparisons.
Watching the second series episodes and man, is poor ole David Brent taking a beating!

Although I hate Ricky Gervais, I like his work. The Office was amazing. Both series of Extras was also really good but The Office is better than Extras.
