Now that was television... although my mother was always concerned by the fact my favourite character was Witchiepoo! LOL! 'Orange porange, who's there?" I think that was a Wichtiepoo ditty in one of the shows, can 't elaborate . Too much TV and Lucky Charms! Ah, yes, 70's Saturday morning kid TV. You a youngins will never know the kinship we older fuckers have with that beloved day in the week. I may almost weep....

Mmmm - Lost in Space, Land of the Giants and Pufnstuf. In B&W in my childhood at that. Sigh, life was simple. Go the old farts.

Dude, Reading Rainbow is just not that good. It doesn't even rie to the level of the other PBS shows. As for Gumby, that show rocked, but if you are loking to celebrate television that was made by and for druggies and stoners, then you must show your proper respect to H.R. Puffinstuff. Alright you young bastards, I know that our American educational sysem has failed, but with all of that Reading Rainbow that you watched, surely you can spot the clever pun right in the title of the show. Geez, lol

Ah... George Bernard Shaw... one could also argue at times we are two generations divided by a common language.

Old? Old!!! I'll give you old you young whippersnapper! Were T.V.'s even invented when you were young Toadie??? As far as Reading Rainbow is concerned, the only good thing about it was Levar Burton. Now as far as good cartoons go, look to Starblazers, or Robotech. Also Zoom was a good one, not the one now but from when I was a kid.
