To tell the truth for the first few years as a young toadling there was not a tv in the house. Dad bought an old black and white set in 1969 so we could watch the moon landing.

I can't believe I made a thread about Reading Rainbow 6 years ago lol. Brings back memories though. I miss Toad.

I imagine is still airs in reruns but it was cancelled several years ago. I guess Levar Burton now has a subscription based Reading Rainbow app for iPad now that they continue to produce material for. Looks really cool actually, I'd subscribe to it if I had kids.
