Doctor Who... (I think me & Speedy are the only ones!)
Anyone watch 'Heroes'..? I wanted to watch this from the start, but crappy timeslots made me miss the first several episodes. Thus, i've not watched any of them. The 1st season is due on August 28. Is it worth a blind buy?

Don't look at me. I don't watch it.
Monday Night Raw-A lot better than Smackdown was on Friday, and there was some good matches as well. How I Met Your Mother-The classic "Everything goes wrong on the wedding day" episode. Good laughs all around. Two and A Half Men-Great fun and a lot of big laughs. Enrique Iglesias as a handyman is too funny. UFO Files-As if I didn't like Japan already for Godzilla and Gamera films, to be a big UFO sighting spot gives another notch towards making me want to visit there. Cities of the Underworld-Fact-filled and entertaining, but the same problem: the host is a little too aggrevated. He needs to calm down and just let it come out slowly and naturally. Digging for the Truth-Another great episode, one of the best non-Egyptian ones, although that's mainly due to a particular fascination with Mayan culture as well.

Bastard Boys - an ABC dramatisation of Australia's bitter waterfront industrial dispute of 10 years ago, which saw thousands of wharfies locked out of the docks and replaced by scab labour while the gates were guarded by security thugs in balaclavas with alsatians and rottweilers.

I watch it, and I like it, one of the few shows currently on that is holding my interest, but I personally wouldn't buy it without seeing a few episodes. It is one of those that has great potential, and it is living up to some of it......but not quite all of it. Has its strong points, has its weak ones. Mythbusters and Talk Soup were the two last shows watched.

Just watched the whole 1st series (8 episodes) of "Life on Mars". It's a British police show about a cop from 2006 who after a car accident, wakes up in 1973.

Burty My Heart at Wounded Knee
An excellent historical dramatization of the US GOv'ts disgraceful exploitation and breaking of the treaties signed with the Sioux in the Dakota territories. PArticularly well made dramatization of an exceptional book
