Yeah I wasn't crazy about den defense either, but I only had to do that once so it wasn't really a problem. Other than those two small issues, it's a great game.

I didn't think of it initially, but I was also a little disapppointed that they took the horses out of the game. Granted, once you didn't have to travel between cities as much, they became less significant, but I still enjoyed them and used them to block in the fleeing den captains and stuff in Brotherhood. I'm very pleased to report that the horses are back for Assassin's Creed III

I borrowed Assassins Creed from a friend but found it pretty hard as well.
I didn't even really know much about the Walking Dead Game. It's a console game?

I didn't even really know much about the Walking Dead Game. It's a console game? It was released in episodes on Xbox Live Arcade and I am assuming for Playstation and PC. I think it's on disc now, but I downloaded the episodes and played them within a few days of each release, I was hooked after the first episode.

I am replaying Mass Effect 2 and attempting a renegade playthrough. It isn't going well, because I actually get emotionally invested in the game and there are some renegade decisions that I just can't make easily.

I know what you mean, a Mass Effect 3 renegade playthrough will rip your heart out and stomp on it. Playing Dead Island Riptide now.

Just finished Heavy Rain, which is a really great game. Horror fans will love it, as it is exactly what the Saw game should have been and gives you that vibe far more effectively. Now, I am playing Yakuza 4, which is a goofy Japanese beat 'em up/RPG. If that sounds like a ridiculous combination, well, it is...

Assassin's Creed IV.......beautiful game but I'm not as crazy about the pirate thing as others seem to be. I like Edward better than Connor though, just because he seems more real. And in general, awesome characters here.

I really want to play it, but I am trying to decide whehter I should get it now or wait till I buy the XBox One and PS4 to get one of those versions.

It comes together really well, it's my favorite of the series next to part II. I'm not sure if we are going to be getting an Xbox One or PS4 right away, or wait awhile. We are still debating which to go with.

If you are only planning to get one or the other, I would suggest that you wait a little while because it is impossible to tell whether one is going to be better than the other at this point. On the other hand, I don't know if you guys play as many videogames as I do, but I already know I'm going to get both (and I just ordered a WiiU yesterday) because the idea of there being games that I want to play but can't is just unacceptable to me.

We can really only afford one, and don't have room for both.....lol. Otherwise, I would also be getting both of them. I also play a lot. Anyway, we probably will wait and see. Initially I wanted to go for the PS4 just because of how badly the xbox was presented, but I am a Fable fan....so I would miss out on Fable Legends......

If you hold out until prices drop, though, they will all be more affordable. I'm actually not so sure that the PS4 is actually better. It certainly had better PR around the time that the new systems were announced, but some of those features people were complaining about (in addition to all being gone now) were actually potentially pretty damn cool and nothing to be upset about.

I actually wasn't bothered by most of the features really, but I did have a problem with having to be online so much, and really how dismissive they were toward folks that have spotty internet. We aren't in the best area for internet. And I don't need to make a decision right away, still pretty happy with the 360, but I do want one before Elder Scrolls online comes out. Oh and I finally finished the first Assassin's Creed today.
